Excellent service. I booked my appointment online, received a call back the next day and was quickly scheduled the day after. Everything went smooth like butter (better than BTS maybe) from dropping off the vehicle for service to picking up after. No surprise xx charges, they have clearly mentioned the rates of the routine maintenance services they perform on your vehicle so there were no surprises while paying for it.
Our advisor Jennifer provided great cumstomer service for a safety recall that needed to be fixed.
As usual, my experience was quick and efficient. Having said this, I would like to point out that I made the appointment 10 days to 2 weeks before this date. That experience was not great, after several rings I was connected with an individual who I felt was not efficient and did not speak proper English. My appointment was slotted in for 10:15 am. When I arrived the individual could not find my name and asked for my phone number. She then told me my appointment was for 8:15 a.m., but I could be fitted in. She was very pleas... read more
