Simply the best. Not sure why you would go anywhere else. Caring, efficient, presise, honest, detailed, professional... And on and on. Recently had my tundra detailed. If you want perfection have it done here.
Have dealt with Autoline for 20+ years. Would not even entertain going anywhere else. As a recent widow with little vehicle knowledge I have complete confidence that my vehicle is being properly serviced. Many dealerships would take full advantage, Autoline on the other hand ensures the opposite and takes extra time and care never taking advantage. Great job, thank you to the entire TEAM.
My six month service call was booked for my time consideration. I was promptly received by staff at my appointment time and given an approximate wait time. I received a call for approval when something extra needed to be done and it was completed promptly. I recommend this dealership for service.
I went in for the first service on Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid and it went smooth. Great communication, fast and efficient service. Nothing to complain about.
I would highly recommend this dealership and most importantly Kyla Olszewski. She is always quick to respond by both email and/or phone and has the request completed in record time. More than just professional , she always has a warm greeting and positive response to any situation. She truly understands customer service and Autoline is lucky to have her on staff!

Dealer is the only one that I go to where I don't feel like I'm being slimed all over like the other dealers, trying to sneak extra charges in here and there, they are honest. So honest that I keep bringing my vehicle back to their service department because I trust them, despite living 40kms away. Experience has always been great, I trust them completely.
Great Customer Service as always at Niagara Falls Auto Line Toyota. We have purchased 4 Tundras, a Tacoma, 4 Runner and a couple of used utility vans for commercial / personal use. I will be purchasing my new 2025 4 Runner in Spring 2025. We are comfortable with the same sales staff we have dealt with for all these years. They always seem to know what we are in market for.
Always a great service experience. Staff is looking to help and not just try to upsell everything.
