Kyle was the advisor who had helped me with my service and he was incredibly informative about what he would be fixing and how it would help my car's performance and reliability. Service did a above and beyond to repair my RAV4 after the wiring was destroyed by squirrels and the RAV4 shut down. Service Advisor Kyle got my RAV4 cleaned up of walnut shells and debris and had my vehicle back to its good behaviour the next day. It was a wonderful 60th wedding anniversary. Thank you Kyle.
They are helpfull nice and their guidance abt the vehicles is very good and way of talking customers is nice
I have always received excellent service. Kyle and other service managers explain what service needs immediate attention and what can wait. I am confident when I leave, that my car is in good working order. All staff are courteous, and seem to have a good working relationship with one another.
