I had a better experience today with the service department. The staff was pleasant and the service was done in a timely manner.
While I have no problem with this dealership, they are fantastic really; I'm very disappointed with the Service department. I hate when people up sell at a professional establishment (like Canadian Tire does). I was on my last free service and that's all I wanted, told him that. He still presumed I'd want the extra work he suggested (over $800 worth). I said "no just the service". He still phoned me up after I got home while waiting for them to complete the service. This dealership is outstanding. My sales person (Rachelle Balak) is so personable and friendly. She has so much knowledge and it is clear that she loves her job. Kyla in finance was amazing. Both service and sales department are fantastic. Recently had a towing package installed on my Rav4. They got the part in on short notice and installed it quickly. Also noticed I had a bad tyre and fixed it up for me.

Just had my 13 year old Matrix in for a weird noise underneath, they got me in quickly and fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable cost. I'll definitely be buying another vehicle from them. JD
This dealership is second to none. Management is amazing and always involved.
