I recently had the winter maintenance on my 2013 RAV-4. Booking the appointment online was convenient. Checking in for my appointment went smoothly--staff were welcomoing and friendly. During the maintenance, staff advised me that the spark plugs had never been changed. While the plugs were still okay, I was given the option of having them changed to prevent possible problems in the future. I have had excellent service Auto Lune Toyota . My car was bought in Kingston, Ontario and while other local Niagara dealerships were reluctant to service our two Toyotas,Auto Line has been excellent. I usually book through a service advisor because the only disappointment is the call centre who don’t seem to be able to book what I need. My most recent problem was with our RAV4, it was a problem with the infotainment system. I got an appointment within two days and it was fixed in two hours. Excellent service.
