The service dept. here has always been very careful with my vehicle, they know I’m fussy about keeping it like new. I always get my Rav back in the same condition as when I brought it in - NO SCRATCHES or anything else. It’s a bit more expensive than other non-dealership shops, but definitely worth it. The staff is very polite and helpful. I get all our vehicles serviced here for anything significant.
