bad and rude experience at 417 infinity nissan , just stay away . had a poor rude lying experience with that dealership . if a dealer keep a bad and rude employee , it means that this dealership are bad and rude with their customers and also liars . a 2012 car with only 48000 km ???? no,this is some kind of fishy . i told this sale manager that this vehicle was strange millage to me , probably back up the mileage he was all insulted and start to be rude at me by saying that I somehow didn't make sense . so believe stay away ... read more

Dealer trying to skew reviews rather than fix problems. 417 Infiniti Service ask you to fill in a survey for a possibility of winning $100 gas, BUT ONLY IF YOU LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW.
The service from Uy was exceptional, but the vehicle was delivered pretty dirty inside and out. I took delivery after dark and did not catch it until later. The tinted windows are also full of air bubbles, but I will give that a few days to see if they work their own way out.
Mark was informative however he was not very helpful of my situation. Nissan Canada was not helpful either and rude when I was trying to get customer support from them. I will not buy any other Nissan car again.
Does not honor deals WITHOUT PREJUDICE I purchased a 2019 kicks in the spring, at the time the software was not ready to install my car starter. The information could not be entered into the computer so the sales manager along with the business manager wrote in my paper file, that the funds for the car starter had been set aside for when the software was ready. Won’t honour workmanship warranty These guys are horrible! Their mechanics are inexperienced and will lie to cover their bad work. They would not honour their brake job warranty after they lubricated my brakes improperly and left me with creeping brakes. I had my brakes replaced only 3 months prior and only 1000km ago. There supposed to warranty their workmanship on brakes for 10,000km. The service manager and the general manager ganged up on me and completely refused to relubricate my callipers properly. Brian Sacco is an absoulte assest to this car dealership. Upon entering this car dealership, Bran Sacco was courteous, professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. The negotiating stage was very very frustrating. Jimmy Mahdere was very friendly at the initial meeting, wanting to sell a vehicle. He was friendly the second time that I came in with my wife, however, during the negotiation stage, he never came out to see us. Do not trust their words , they lie to sell I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, they will initially lie to you to sell their vehicle and then later on will come up with excused and do not honour their words. If you try escalating the situation your voice would not be heard
