A series of missteps Where to begin... 1. The salesman did not show us any of the features of the car. 2. Bought the car on Tuesday, said it would be ready for Thursday. Received a call on Thursday asking for co-signer information (ends up did not need a co-signer). They tell us that the car can't be ready on Thursday because the financing was not approved on time. really bad service overall. Didn't wanted to give me a quote because he didn't wanted to affect his sales rating. Made me feel not important at all. Basically told me to check the website while I was asking questions. Dind't knew basic questions regarding android auto and apple car play, once again refered me to the website. Wait 90 mins for a test drive? Car sold already? GREAT Can't say how disappointing my experience was. Sebastian needs CX training. Making potential buyers waste two hours to test drive an already-sold vehicle is no way to do business. AVOID LIKE COVID!

Disappointing 417 INFINITI does not meet any of the attributes one would expect these days from any dealership, let alone one that sells luxury cars and management does not care. Lies to get you in the door. For a first car purchase, I negotiated a price over the phone with Amin. When we negotiated the price he asked me to come in to finalize the deal. After test driving the next morning the vehicle and we were ready to purchase the vehicle with Amin (he acknowledged conversation and price agreed upon) he then began mansplaining numbers which were now a considerable amount more than the online price and far more than the negotiated price we agreed on the phone.
