Incredible experience I, like many others, had horrible experiences at 417 Nissan/Infinity in the past. This past week, the hood of the car wouldn't open as we were preparing for a weekend get-away. We were nervous about going to the 417 service dept because of our past experiences. Luckily, we went anyway. The service and support were beyond our expectations. This dealership must be avoided. . They use scare tactics to get me to do unnecessary brake and suspension work. Avoid driving the car, 911…… The quote me for work in the thousands of dollars. The car drives just fine. I took the car to 2 different certified mechanics who said the car is fine. 417 Nissan calls and texts non stop.. it’s borderline harassement. They below up my email as well to get my car in.. I won’t be back..

I bought my new Nissan Rogue 2025 there in july 2025. I bought and installed winter tires at the same dealership. The problem is that I had en exclamation mark on the board and I kept receiving messages on Nissan app. saying that the winter tires pressure is low. I had to go back and they told me that since the tires are without centers I will keep receiving the messages and seeing the exclamation mark all winter. Why didn't they sell me tires with centers? I find it unprofessionnal.
Came in for noise complaint. Gentleman told me it was my brake pads and rotors. I had it changed but the noise was still there. Then he told me it was my control arm but i already spent $1000 on something which wasn’t even the cause of the noise. Scammers
0 Stars actually. I WISH I HAD BOUGHT A CAR ELSEWHERE. Worse after buy experience ever. I told them of the problem within the 30 day grace period but they didn't abide by it, I was forced to pay for the repairs. Even then they ballooned my invoice total after I had been given the estimate. I am a pensioner with the last big purchase of my life, I don't need unwanted big bills, the very reason I traded in my old car. Takes me a long time to catch up on bills this high. Very sad this type of thing happens to good people.
