I will be telling everyone I know to avoid 417 Nissan. First, they took my credit card from me to try to prevent me from leaving. I assumed they were going to take a scan of it for the credit check, but when I handed it over, Filipe said it was to “make sure I was serious”, and then they kept it from me until I insisted that I was not going to sign anything at that moment. Sales team is dishonest. Watch your paper work closely, they will try to wear you down by making you sit around half the day while they pretend they are busy. Then they will try to get you to sign for a deal that is different then what you agreed upon.
Michael Ewing was excellent! Prompte on returning calls. Very thorough in answering questions. Knowledgeable but wasn't wasn't afraid to ask me questions for clarity and follow up quickly when needed
They selling none nissan used car with careless to maintenance & technicians there lack of knowledge & experience belongs to none nissan cars & fool customer with wrong explanations to run a way from fixing the issue/ problem. It happens with me personally with black Honda crv 2015
Worst service manager, couldn't even respond to an issue, and wouldn't provide any resolution to an issue. He'll lie to ensure that any customary issues with your vehicle are not resolved...terrible service! OMVIC to be reported!
Awful experience with the sales manager Farid Janet. My appointment was for 10:15 am I was there at 9:55 (ok I was early) I ended up being there for 3 hours (left just after 1pm) for honestly a 15 minute conversation! He lied and tried to pull the wool over my eyes because he believed I knew nothing about cars! He told me he would offer me “top dollar” for my trade in- which is laughable! I bought a car here and less than three weeks the engine light comes on and they cannot fix the car until today not good.

Henok was happy to answer our online request for a test drive, yet when it was time for the appointment, he was nowhere to be found for over 20 minutes. He was not anxious enough to call and let us know he was running late. Then he called to reschedule. We decided to give him another chance. We arrived. Hello. We are truly sorry that we didn't deliver on the promise. Unfortunately the vehicle you were looking for got sold and you looked at another unit which just arrived and wasn't fully prepared yet.
He is the manager there and he would not take the responsiblity of his employees. We had a deal at a certain price, financial call we were approved , we sign a contract (stephen Smith), then he was fired so new financial (justin morin wilson) make us sign a contract with new financial rate, without telling us this important change. He is the boss but he can not do anything for us...really bas after sale service ???
