We purchased our third vehicle from this location. Our experience with the maintenance and sales team has been nothing short of excellent for all vehicles. They are the reason we kept going back. I went in to see if I could trade in my vehicle for a newer model knowing the chances would be 50/50 as i didn't have much equity in my vehicle. They gave me a price on my trade and I chose a vehicle I was comfortable with. I was told I would be contacted the next day. 3 days passed without a peep from anyone. I returned to get my deposit back and told them I was never contacted to let me know if I was approved or not. Their response to me was that they were busy. In the end I was not approved. The device I received was terrible. The service advisor Christine was filled with excuses and lied about the repairs I needed. I would not recommend this place one bit. It’s a shame for the price they charge for parts and labour they can’t be honest
Buying my car there was a nightmare. The extra charges, did not give me the terms amd conditions. Increased my interest rate when adding the better warranty package. You should be able to take their word but at the dealership you cannot. I had to fight to get my money back and in the end they had give me back about $3000. If someone didn't know better they would have pocketed this money.
I bought a used car from them 8 months ago which included winter tires package. I came in for the swap and the service department told me the tires they have for me are all season and one of them was punctured. It took them 3 weeks to find replacement tires for me in which during this time my car was running on my spare tire so I couldn't use my car as much as I wanted to. Not happy with my the staff who promised me a service with no extra charge the next time I came in. When I arrived there were no notes and when the lady finally came in the staff did not even inquire with her if she did offer that service. I am very unhappy with the service here. Only looking to make money and not provide service. I will not recommend this location to anyone!
I paid off my car on October 30/24 and they said I would receive the registration the Monday I still have not received it. This has been a very bad experience with this dealership from not calling me back to making me wait in the reception area. They have not made this an easy process no respect for my time I feel ignored and unimportant. I want the registration to my car that I paid out!

Made reservation for 9:30am for tire change, they only saw my car at 1:30-2:30pm. Whats the point of reserving.
