Let me tell you, I went in for an oil change and left with nightmares plainly caused by them. They did things like leave the transmission plug out and removed fuse 23 so the headlights would not work so I would have to go back and they could milk the xxxx of me. Fuses do NOT just fall out, you have to remove them so this was no accident. I did not return to them, I went to Honda across from St Laurent and they found the issues in two seconds and fixed it. To change the rear brake, at 24k km, it's extremely wierd to change for this short mileage, and it's took me $901 dollars which is very unacceptable.
On June 8th I went to 417 Nissan to order a new fob for my 2013 Nissan Altima. I was told that they would contact me when it was ready but I never received a call. So on the 14th and they had received it and they asked me to wait while it was programmed. After an hour I saw my car being taken inside. 15 minutes later the person at the counter told me a brake light wasn't working and asked if I wanted it replaced. I have lease 5 cars in the last 14 years and now that I am purchasing the lease i have left a few messages for someone to call me back for the lease buy out no one did have to go in person to get service this went fast. They didn't call finance to stop payment in my account and took payment since the 20th of May they are saying the refund will be applied. I have called 3 times 3 different date and still nothing. When you are a client, you are well served when you leave you get really poor service
This dealership needs to do better regarding their service department. I understand it is difficult to find employees but your technicians (not mechanics) are mediocre at best. This place received their two stars because of Christine at the front desk or it would have been 0.
Called and was told by Felipe that a vehicle was still available. Made appt for following day, arrived only to be told it sold days ago. Is bait and switch even legal?? Awful how they lie and waste your time. I really don’t understand why. Terrible approach.

Avoid 417 Nissan at all costs! I purchased a used car and while it sat on their lot between time of deposit and my pickup, rodents made nests under the hood. They didn't even take the time to do a quick check of the car before letting me drive home. After requesting broken pieces be replaced and another wiring inspection be conducted, the car was returned to me with pieces fixed but with nests still there. My mother bought a vehicle from this dealership and she liked her salesman (don’t remember his name). Then when she picked up the vehicle there were multiple issues (this is a brand new vehicle). They were unable to solve these issues, after she had to sit and wait for over 3hrs in their waiting room. So she took it to Myers Nissan where within an hour everything was solved.
