Brutal product and service. Not only do I have a slightly out of warranty transfer case that blows up on my JX35, but I get no response from 3 messages to Melanie over a week. I called the dealership and asked if she was on holidays, apparently not.
Disappointing We bought our Rogue back in March 2017 and receive good service from the Sales Department, finances team also. Unfortunately, we've been having some on-going issues with our vehicle. All repairs have been covered under warranty but I don't wish any new owner of a Nissan to come 5 times and spend more than 15 hours at the Service Center within the first 5 months of having their new car. $500 or $750 to remove a name from a lease My wife spent 15 minutes talking to Wali. He was trying to convince her that she must pay $500 or $750 (dollar figures changed on a whim) to remove the name of a deceased person from a lease even though it was explained to Wali repeatedly the lease was joint between my wife and her mother, not a lease-takeover. Service department We are trading our 32,000km QX50 to another dealership which will not recommend bogus repairs, such as changing the brake fluid, for ridiculous prices. Also, apparently the brakes don't last in these models. The car is great if you only need it for one year or take to get serviced somewhere else. Very disappointed in the service rep., she really knows how bring in the money.
long and lack of professionalism Hello my name is Emmanuelle Lacasse I purchased a vehicle in june, it took a week and a half just to get the vin number for the vehicle. All talk no action Brought forward legitimate issues with false commitments during the sale, service, and collision centre. No interest in addressing or resolving the issue. Literally a figurehead with no follow through. The ownership has changed but with Chris in management it's the same issues that existed under the former ownership.

Aggresive, rude salesmen that will make you feel guilty Avoid 417 Nissan at all cost. The worse car buying experience in the city that we’ve experienced. My wife and I are experienced, aggressive vehicle buyers and the salesmen here just can’t handle it.
