Excellent Experience We have purchased 2 Corollas, a Highlander, and a Rav4 over the years with Whitby Toyota. All with a positive experience, along with their service, which was why we went back to Whitby to purchase another Corolla. The experience we had with Shawn was excellent and the best we have ever had. He was very professional, honest and made the purchase very relaxing. He also answered all the questions we had and went over all the details of our new vehicle.

David Stokell - Excellent Salesman I purchased a new 2015 Corolla S with David Stokell as my Salesman - David has an excellent manner, he is well organized and knows the Toyota product well. I have and would again recommend Whitby Toyota to my friends and family.

New Vehicle Purchase Whitby Toyota dealership the staff and sales department were excellent. Shawn McCallum knew the product lines well and was able to provide what I was looking for. I did purchase 4 Runner, prior to taking delivery Shawn took time to show many of the benefits and functions of the 4 Runner. To date my wife and I are very happy with the vehicle and looking ahead to see what service offers in time. Give Whitby Toyota a try it could be worth while Bob

Great Experience even though We picked up our new Tundra on a Monday evening, the only issue was the bed liner had not been completed. Sure enough our Sales Person Shawn said not a problem will get it looked after and he did. He arranged to have it put in on Thursday at noon allowing us to pack on the Friday for a long weekend camping trip. Friendly, Professional and Interested in looking after our needs.

Great Sales Experience I had a great experience shopping for my new Toyota. The salesperson, John, was very knowledgable and listened to what I needed. He made the process easy to understand and was very friendly. When I went to pick up the car he made sure I knew how to use all of the features and explained all of the terms and conditions very well. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Stress Free Being retired and on a pension can make a major decision like a new car very stressful. However Gary at Whitby Toyota helped me through the process by giving me all the options and helping me arrive at the best option for me in my situation.
