Beyond expectations Looking for a good quality used car I was a little apprehensive about approaching a dealership - my first such experience in 50 years of driving . . . Our Sienna purchase Our need for a larger vehicle lead us to looking at a minivan. Having done our research, we decided Toyota would be the best manufacturer to go with based on their stellar reliability record for this model. Friendly and helpful Sam was personable and friendly. He listened to my needs and patiently helped me. I made a few trips in to see him and I asked many questions before buying. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision. He genuinely seemed to want me to walk away happy.

Wonderful experience. Excellent customer service Andrew Ward, offered my husband and I excellent service. Answered all are questions. Sat with me in the car and showed me all the functions of all the apps.
This was a very positive experience for me. All businesses should adopt the Whitby Toyota philosophy. The dealership wants you to be satisfied with the car you buy from them and the employees are incredibly dedicated to serving the customer. It is rare today to find such exemplary service. The tires on the car that I was considering buying needed replacing and Rashid made a written note of this and also he made notes of my other concerns after he allowed me to drive the car to my auto mechanic.
