Jay was very helpful when I purchased my 2021 RAV4. He was courteous, polite, organized and made me feel welcome. The Whitby Toyota dealership was very clean and you could tell they were following all the safety protocols. Quality of the service was top-notch! Everything about the service at Whitby Toyota was top-notch, Hayden was fantastic from the second I arrived for the test drive I booked to the process of setting me up with my new Corolla Hatchback SE. Extremely knowledgeable with the vehicles, very friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the process, and did his best to set me up with the best deal for my situation. Will be recommending this dealership to everyone in my life who may be looking at Toyota no question.

Switching dealerships due to In-Laws new home location, so this was a first visit for her car. Great service, very friendly service advisory staff. Very happy with this visit.
I was very pleased with the help Cameron provided. When the service required more time than expected, Cameron found a solution providing me with transportation to and from the dealership.
Work on my Rav 4 was fine. Not happy with the Covid restrictions at this dealership: No shuttle service Nowhere to wait outdoors comfortably No car wash after service
