Ms. Youssef was recommended to me when I approached Whitby Toyota with a very tight deadline and without exaggeration, exceeded expectations and then some. She gave assistance beyond what would be expected of a salesperson for the purposes of navigating my insurance and financing and then amended her schedule to accommodate me. In a stressful situation I was genuinely relieved by her and Whitby Toyota's assistance...5 out of 5....would recommend.
All oil changes done on my RAV4 have been imperfect. Oil drip afterwards indicating residual oil is not thoroughly cleaned up despite previous verbal and written concerns. In one case I had to return for a filter replacement.
