Had the best experience at Whitby Toyota. Hayden took such good care of me and got me into my new Rav4! He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and everything went smoothly.
Excellent customer service, with work performed accurately the first time. Would definitely give them first look for buying of servicing my next car. Highly recommended.
Very courteous and helpful. They treat you like you are their most important customer. Very clean facilities. Highly recommend if you are shopping for a Toyota, have questions, or need service for your vehicle.
The service at this dealership is at the top of the chart for me. The staffs are always friendly and they treat their customers with respect and there are no discrimination. I can't think of a better place to service my car.

I did a review for the service I received on May 7th and it may have not been posted, but what I said about the service still stands even if it doesn't get sent out for others to see. The Dealer as seen the result of what I think of the staffs and the service and that's more important, if others don't get to see what I have to say about that place

I have followed Sharon to Toyota, because she knows her product details. She also understands buying a car from a woman’s perspective. It was convenient that they booked my first oil change at the time of my car purchase. It’s the little details that make a difference.

Good experience. A little disappointed that the wrong trailer connector (4-pin) was installed when agreement lists (7-pin) and Dash Cam was backordered. Waiting for Dash Cam to come in to have both installed.
Easy to work with to buy a new car. No sales tactics, and treat you like a person! It was the quickest and painless negotiation I have ever experienced.
