I am a repeat customer at Whitby Toyota and there is a reason why. In my experience Whitby Toyota’s level of professionalism, product knowledge and customer service are bar none. Every employee I have dealt with is courteous, friendly and aims to help their customer with any issues or concerns they may have. In particular my experience with Mitch Dunn was amazing to say the least. His level of attention to your wants and needs are extraordinary and he really does go the extra mile!
The staff in the service /maintenance section /department were very courteous, efficient and very organized.We didn’t wait for so long for this drive through service for our newly acquired RAV4 XLE ; just having the Service 1.
Just an oil change but it was quick and everyone were pleasant. Waiting area was clean but washroom was dirty. Not sure why vehicle does not get washed either.
The Sales representative was excellent. Made our lease experience pleasant. Our entire experience was done with just one visit to the dealership. The sales rep brought vehicles to road test right to our house. It does't get any better than that.
Jay was extremely helpful and polite. I purchased two cars in the same day and he helped us get the best deal for both. He Was very patient and thank you very much.
