Booked an appointment with Tony to look at a RAV4. He was very friendly and knowledgable, answered all of our questions. Gave us a run down of the features and benefits for the specific edition we were looking at. Never once felt pressured to buy. The dealership had to bring my vehicle in and Tony kept me updated while I waited for it. Such great service, my husband went back and bought a Camry the next weekend. - Katherine K

Toyota whitby was amazing. Besides the selection being amazing, their staff was even better! Hayden Iless was my salesman and his knowledge was incredible. He broke everything down for me in terms I could understand and was completely honest with myself, fiancé and parents from start to finish. After visiting another dealership earlier in the day and feeling completely frustrated, I ended up at Whitby Toyota and couldn’t be happier. Hayden was so patient, and I ended up with my dream vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, and it was a super supportive environment. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the dealership or Hayden to anyone looking for a new/used car!
Stuff members are very selfish or I can don’t accept there mistakes I order Toyota hybrid and gas’s and I didn’t get what I ask for
Don’t put things on sale not agreed to. Make sure full tank of gas before customer pick up of new car. Be honest with customers. Respect disability and mask exceptions.
