Always a pleasure dealing with the parts and service staff at Whitby Toyota. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I was able to drop and go, received a call once they had my vehicle inside. Always customer first!

My Service Advisor did a good job of explaining my issue and did not take me to the cleaners even though my van is 15 years old. And my car has always been serviced by Whitby Toyota. I would recommend Cameron and the rest of the mechanics who worked on my Car a Gold Medal.
Tony was very helpful regarding my new car purchase. He helped me with explaining all the options (including warranty and service) and he took his time without rushing me through the process. We negotiated a fair deal, including the trade-in. For delivery inspection again he took the time to explained me my new car features and helped me set-up / pair the phone with the car and set-up the Android Auto feature.
Always a great experience. I trust Whitby Toyota. It’s where I bought my car and where I service my car. I have no desire to go anywhere else.

Experience was great. Tony Khoury answered all my questions as well as questions I didn't think of. I'm always nervous when looking at used vehicles but there ended up being zero issues with this gentleman. He explained gadgets; gadgets that I had no experience with as I had an older beast. Bottom line: my first Toyota experience was painless. Am hoping this holds true for my future with my Toyota.
