Jordan is just "like Mike". I really enjoyed visiting this dealership. Which is not a phrase that leaves my lips very often. Jordan was, as the title line states "like Mike". He scored a slam dunk with his customer service and got me EVERYTHING I asked for. Keep an eye on this guy, he's gonna be big!
West End Nissan - Great Experience! I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue that was in excellent condition. The sales team, Manager, Finance Team and the Service department were very great to deal with! I was the customer who didn't make appointments and just showed up at times and everyone was very accommodating. Jordan kept me informed of any used Rogues coming in and was very eager and enthusiastic about helping find the right vehicle for me. Definitely returning when I decide to upgrade!

being female I was treated with respect and not asking me where hubby was. Meant allot to me. dealt with just me. I have bought cars on my own before and was asked what my husband would think. It's my car and I don't need to be treated like I need approval. I found him and the sales manager both respectful and have had a great experience with this dealership. Jordan is the salesperson to deal with! After I did my research, I knew exactly what I would buy - a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Next, was finding the right salesperson to assist me. Excellent Just purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from West End Nissan with help from Alpha Oloya. She was very patient, friendly and understanding about what I wanted.She took me for a Test drive and explained a lot about the SUV. She is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent service.I love the Rogue! I am very satisfied and would personally recommend this vehicle to my friends.
The Adventure of my Visit! I don't know what I really want to say, The visit was average. The people that was helping me where very friendly. I'm little upset they sold me a car and would'nt let me test drive it. Couple days later when my car was ready to be picked up, and my paper work work wasn't ready cause it was the New year week holidays. They let me borrowed there car for the week until all my paperwork was in order.
