My last service was great. Enna was pleasant to work with, informative and honest. Very happy.
Everyone I had contact with were so helpful. They were able to fix a flat tire quickly and get me in quickly to put the fixed tire back on the car.
I had my 4Runner in for service on April 26. Same as before , the service was really good . The advisor , Dennis, was very helpful and suggested to have a wheel alignment when swapping the tires. It turned out the car had 2 wheels out of alignment . The alignment was done right and now I will not have uneven wear on tires. He was very helpful in discussing the service needs and booking the appointment for another Toyota truck, recent purchase . Hiacynta and Rita have been such a pleasure to work with. Rita actually contacted me on her day off when our car arrived! Hiacynta provided us with such amazing service, she's very personable and is always approachable for questions! She provided us with all the information we wanted and more. She helped us so much and actually ended up helping my sister from Toronto who was having a hard time at a Toyota dealership. My appt was on Thurs Apr 27 at 2:30pm. La Toya Berry was super courteous, friendly and professional. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to make my next appointment an hour and a half later but she wrote down my request and insured the mechanic was aware of my dilemma. I made my next appointment just on time and it worked out great. Chelsea and Todd are great. All work that needs to be completed is explained to me and completed on time. If there is a delay, I am informed immediately and the reason why. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff. Always friendly and courteous.

As always, MJ was very polite, on time, knowledgeable , and very thorough. My 2008 Toyota Prius is wonderful and I have no intention of changing cars, it’s important to know that I’m getting excellent care …I’m always confident that my car is in the best shape when I leave. Even when I opt to wait a couple of hours, MJ makes the visit almost enjoyable! Thanks for the consistently excellent service!
