The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was exceptional is his knowledge of what was needed to fix my 4Runner! I was in for a simple oil change, but he looked through my repair history and found something that needed replacing right away, that I didn’t even know about! He was courteous, explained exactly what was needed, took the time to show me why the part needed replacing, and had my vehicle ready at exactly the time he estimated!
The dealership is very welcoming and professional. They're also communicative and make sure you're aware of everything you should expect. Nothing but a great experience.

Excellent service with Todd in Service department . .. because of our chat, I booked an appointment to buy a new vehicle. I can trust ToyotaTown to remind me of my upcoming services due and friendly service when I do come in. Also got the detailing package they were offering because Todd took the time to tell me what was included in that package.
Received excellent communication and service from Dennis Dabous when arranging to have our Rav4 Hybrid serviced. Part had to be ordered to repair engine code light. Once part was received the service appointment was arranged and work completed promptly. Thanks Dennis for the attention to this matter.
