My service advisor Enna was great. She kept me informed while my service was completed. The estimate was accurate.
Very happy with Shawn's service during the purchase of my new RAV4. I didn't feel pressured like I have in the past with other vehicle purchases and he kept me updated of my order status during the wait for the vehicle.
I didn't feel like I was being upsold. Advised needed work based on history of the vehicle and it made a noticeable difference in the performance and operation. All while fixing the annoying rattle of my heat shield.

Hiacynta Wozniak is friendly, energetic and well versed on all the products. We had to wait a while for our vehicle because of the pandemic but she kept us up to date on what was happening. She went over everything with the vehicle when it arrived and got us set up with the Bluetooth and all other aspects available on these new vehicles. She has checked in on us a number of times to see if we have any questions. We highly recommend her and Toyotatown
