I am really satisfied with my purchase here . Everything was exactly according to the plan and I was treated in a very good manner by sales person from the beginning till car delivery . Also financial department was great . I highly recommend this dealership to others .
On April 6th, I had my car serviced. Dennis Dabous was great in explaining what needed to be done and what was done. He even had photos of a problem with the radiator which would require a month before the new part would arrived. I believe this was the first time I've encountered Dennis, but it was like we had been acquaintances for years!
While in for scheduled maintenance service, Todd provided helpful information about a future servicing need of our Rav4, including showing us the issue while the tires were off/it was on the hoist. We appreciate his experience & expertise. Prior to the appointment, John Rossini helpfully replied to my email inquiry & booked the appointment (which was appreciated given calls to the general service department line kept being forwarded to an answering machine - my reason for the "4").
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. This is my third Toyota from Ken at Toyotatown. I was buying from out of town and he made the process simple and easy.
The staff are welcoming. Our Sales Specialist, Hiacynta Wozniak was very helpful and knew her information when discussing various vehicles. She helped us decide which vehicle was best for us. With the backlog of auto production because of the pandemic, she kept us informed as to when we could expect our vehicle. Dealt with Dennis Dabous and he was amazing to deal with. Vehicle was ready when promised and picked up promptly by the incredible shuttle drivers! Thanks again guys second time back and look forward to more visits in with my vehicles.
