Jason was my saviour! I missed my apt (my fault) and he managed to still squeeze me in and get everything I needed done to my vehicle. The techs, and service helped me out a lot in a pinch as I travel fro work, and needed my car back asap. Always appreciate Jason and the other staff at TTown! Thanks again!

Toyota makes the best products and Shawn represents the Toyota brand very well. He is very knowledgeable of the product and no pressure sales rep.. We purchased a new Highlander and he spent a lot of time (Over and hour and one half on a Friday night! ) explaining modern electronic functions to a couple who appreciated his time. I have been dealing with Toyotatown for decades and they have never disappointed me. Several vehicles and many years of service later, I visited for a tire switch out and oil change recently. Enna exemplified what going above and beyond is all about; was very helpful and professional. Certainly a great asset to the team!

The car was not ready when promised, so the salesman delivered it to me. 3 hour drive from the dealership. After the sale, the salesman has continued to answer questions on the vehicle and has made sure I am happy with the purchase. He also explained some other benefits I could get after the purchase that I was not expecting and took the time to show the features of the car to me as it has far more than my old car.
Helpful in fixing my vehicle, kept me up to date every step of the way, offered to help arrange a rental while it was being worked on.
