My first 2 visits were nothing near as client focused as the incredible experience I had 31/3/23. Everything was explained in simple language and I was informed enough to make an educated decision about what work needed to be approved to keep my Corolla running in pristine condition while considering my tight budget . I left happy and heard with my service. As a francophone customer who relocated to London from Ottawa, I would very much appreciate bilingual staff.
