Great place to be. Staff are friendly and they know what they are doing. The communication was amazing and I didn't have to wait for too long for my service.

Enna was great at accomodating my changing needs from shuttle to overnight drop off and being able to settle the bill directly with her, over the phone to pick up the vehicle at my own convenience. Thank you Toyota Town service team for making me feel like I always get quality and accurate service!
For me, communication is key and LaToya does it well. She always calls back when scheduling/rescheduling appointments. She advises you about the recommended vs. necessary services for your vehicle. I'm always left feeling informed and I know I've come to the best dealership in London, ON.
MJ ( Service Advisor) is the first and to my recent recollection the only person who immediately replies to voice messages. Not once but twice over a few days. I honestly didn’t believe that this level of; I care about my customers actually exists anywhere on planet earth.
