Henry-very Experienced, patient Sales guy We bought a Sienna AWD from him, we went there back and forth 3 times, he helped us very patiently always. He is also very helpful to showing us how to use the new car.
Exceptional service Henry Ebrahim is an exceptional person. He is very quick to come to after sales assistance. Whenever a problem arises, Henry is there to listen and do his utmost to resolve the problem. He remains with the person until the problem is resolved, he doesn't pass it on to someone else to solve for him. His smiling personality makes it easy to deal with.
Service at Sun Toyota I delivered our Toyota the night before our scheduled appointment and used the night envelope system to leave my keys. The next morning I received a phone call from Veronica stating what needed to be done to the car. We agreed and they proceeded with work required. When she called Veronica said our tires were getting close to being wore out and they had replacement tires if we elected to replace them. She said they had two kinds and she had the prices for both. Toyota Experience Sun Toyota is very good in customer service. They check every thing and explain what you should do. They usually fix your car earlier than they say. Employees are friendly, too. I fix my car without any headaches, there.

Great buying experience Ashlee was great to deal with. I live in Cold Lake so I couldn't just drop in to the dealership anytime. Our negotiations via text/phone really took the stress out of the situation for me. Daryll and Deepinder were very nice to hang out with while getting all the paperwork taken care of. This is the first time I have ever taken the extended warranty for a vehicle annd they explained all the coverage very well. Fixing my broken car window It was very nice to interact with Sandeep at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and provide good advice and follow-up on my requirements. I would certainly visit the centre again for my needs.
REVISED Felt accused of something I did not do There is a noise/rattle near the sunroof I asked to be looked into when I was getting my car serviced, it was discovered it is from the Roof Linner. When I talked to the employee on the phone to see if my car was ready he said that yes it was but that they would need my car for a full day to fix the noise and that there was some marks on the roof.
