Service request Replaced timing belt, oil & filter, cabin filter, maintenance check, engine filter replace, fix oil pan cover, The work was done before promised time, a loaner car was obtained the day of service, although not able to reserve in advance. Very good customer service. Estimate of $750 given, but final cost closer to $850 - a little disappointing (gst was just $40.35 of difference)
Toyota 4RUNNER purchase and trade in. I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner on April 21/14... I wanted to drive it, experience it and then write a review! I will say that Henry took his time "showing" me all the features and explained EVERYTHING fully! No corners were cut! Long time customer .... good experiences We have been coming to Sun Toyota for over 10 years. We have purchased multiple vehicles and have found that the service and sales department treated us fairly. They do seem to be on the pricey side for service work.
New Run-Flat Tire Had a screw in one of my run flat tires. Service department had me back on the road within a couple hours with a new tire. Always a pleasure seeing / dealing with Scott the service manager.

Owners & Managers.....listen up!!! Do NOT underestimate the power of your front-line employees!!! It started with the friendly prompt greeting from your receptionist, friendly & knowledgeable service at the service-desk, followed by a warm bubbly ride back to my office.
