Impeccable all around service. From walking in the door to driving my car off the the lot. The attention to details was outstanding. I have been a Nissan owner since 1989 and presently have three of their vehicles in my garage. I have only had one problem with a Nissan vehicle in all this time and the manufacturer took care of the problem. My experince with the present dealership has always been positive. Once again, Collin Nissan has exceeded my expectations in their customer service. I need 4 new all season tires for my car and called Steve for a price. He mentioned he would try his best to price match because he knew I was looking around. They were a tad more expensive but in my opinion the customer service makes up for it all. I had a great experience at Collins Nissan. All the staff were really nice and informative. They took the time to answer my questions and I would recommend them to family and friends. The customer service was exceptional.
Overall buying my Nissan Rogue from Collins Nissan was a great experience. Rob was very informative on the different types and models I was looking for. He went over everything in great detail and there was zero pressure to buy. Derek went over all the paperwork and numbers with me, and followed up often to let me know when my vehicle would arrive from Quebec. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. Melinda Ridgers was very professional and helpful. She made all transactions easy to understand and was very efficient. I had a great experience with her. We will recommend her to our friends and family.
My current vehicles radiator began to leak and i needed a new car right away and Melinda Ridgers was very professional and effective. I was able to purchase and pick my vehicle (versa note) the same day. Thus far i have been happy with it since the gas mileage is amazing. I would recommend her to my friends and family for her out standing service.
