I had gone to the Car Show on March 16 and entered my name in several draws there. A Toyota Sales Rep named Adam Milliken was very prompt in contacting me by email the day after. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla. David Guthoerl was the salesperson. I found him to be professional, friendly and very helpful. He took the time to find the car that met my needs within my budget and went out of his way to ensure that I got a great deal. I would highly recommend David if you are considering a vehicle. I was really impressed with all the hard work and effort Trevor Anderson put into our purchase. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile, and a friendly no pressure environment. We wanted to trade in our car for a bigger family suv, we picked one of the coldest days to do this, -40. We had a poor experience the first time in, but a friend recommended talking with Adam. Adam was great - very friendly, not pushy, and willing to help get a good price. If you go there, be sure to talk with him.
Trevor was awesome. He went the extra mile to get me into a vehicle even though I don't have the greatest credit. I bussed it to the dealership, and it was pretty late; so we couldn't get immediate feedback on the financing. That being said, he actually gave me a ride home knowing that I lived pretty far from the dealership! Definitely recommend.
Overall an excellent experience. Sales person was very good at listening, asking you the right questions. Was able to help me understand what i was looking for, what I needed vs. what was "nice to have". Did not pressure or try to mess around on pricing. Would recommend this dealership and sales person absolutely.
We loved how accommodating David was throughout the whole time spent at the dealership. Very friendly and honest! He went above and beyond! Will definitely come back and refer friends to him and this dealership!
I originally went in to test drive the FR-S to see if it's a car I would buy. I met Trevor at the door and he showed me in. He was very focused on meeting my criteria for the car. Overall was a very easy transaction with very good service.
