Rob Nessel spent LOTS of time to find the right vechile for me, which I know was not easy!! Most importantly I felt like I could trust him! He never rushed me and was always very thorough in explaining every detail to me on each vechile I was interested in, and beleive me there were many!! Went in the dealer in a afternoon with wife to buy a Highlander, talk with Rob about 3 hour of time and done deal. Every thing are great.

The service was good, process relatively easy. I appreciate the fact that they gave the option of putting custom seats in a lower end vehicle to get much the same vehicle and save some money. The salesman seemed knowledgable and was helpful in choosing the right type of vehicle. It was a slow process getting a vehicle to test drive, pricing a trade in and then getting a final price, etc etc. I have been to a number of other dealerships and this is not the case. found the staff there to be accommodating and friendly. they weren't pushy. They also didn't try to continuously try to upsell on other models or features
Initially, my husband and I entered into the dealership to just window shop and Rob greeted us at the door. I am very happy with his professional and courtious manner. He was by far very to the point with finding out exactly what we were looking for. And I love the car we decided to purchase. I would definately recommend him to friends and family who are in the market to purchase a vehicle.
I called Sherwood Toyota / Scion to see if they had the new Scions in stock. Rob Nessel took my call and had the model and colour I was looking for warmed up and ready for a test drive when I got there a couple of hours later. I was pleased with the car and decided to purchase. I did not haggle with the price too much as I thought it was fair. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I look forward to dealing with the service department when the time comes as well.
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Rob Nessel. He seemed like he genuinely cared. I will continue to go to Sherwood Park Toyota to purchase my vehicles.
