Horrible customer service Bought a new Nissan Sentra and the transmission went at 99,000 km. Warranty was still 5 months under and they went on to tell us it was over the warranty by one month and they wouldn’t help at all. Made multiple calls to the service manager Paul who wouldn’t call back and screen my calls. They don’t want to help with anything and would do anything to not help their customers out. Indifference. I zeroed on a Nissan Sentra (pre owned vehicle) and went for a test ride with an appointment today. Met Kim who showed me the vehicle and did test ride. Bad service I met the sales person at the auto show and they seemed friendly. When it came to negotiations about my chosen vehicle, it didn't seem like they were very committed to obtaining my business. In addition to this they were not transparent with the pricing and when I pointed out the price difference between their website and what was quoted they made excuses for the discrepancy. I ended up walking away and dealing with a different dealership.
Finding a Honest quality Auto Dealer Every time, and actual experience with Calgary Auto Dealers has been dissapointing. Looks like we will go back to B.C. to purchase a late model Nissan, Subaru or Honda SUV. The customer service experience very poor.. no more visits! I am very disappointed about the way this dealership treated me... Dealer is PUSHY and says a car is an INVESTMENT By the end of last year, 2017, I was starting my search for a new car. A car is a big purchase for some people, so it means they need to search a lot before they buy it. Shady We had the worst experience ever. They wanted a pre auth to hold the vechile and actually charged our credit card $2000 and then had us sign the offer to purchase and th n gave us the reciept from our card. We tried to back out because we had a personal issue come up at home that night. Don't expect good service Bought a car two days ago. Was asked to make a decision about the car twice before I had even seen it. Salesman made promises that he either forgot to pass onto the service center. He even old me the car didn't come with a extea set of tires but after I mentioned complaining did he all of a sudden remember there is an exextra set upstairs. Absolutely terrible service I gave this place benefit of the doubt a couple of times, but now I see a trend of terrible service. I book appointments a few weeks in advance for simple tasks like oil changes and tire swaps. Every time I go in for the appointment they tell me it will take ~1.5hrs because they are very busy. Then I sit there and it ends up taking over 2.5hrs. Plus they always try to sell extras. My last tire swap, the lady tries to sell an alignment saying the car has over 20,000kms so needs it.
