Women be careful of the magic disappearing price estimate. My wife was quoted one price for a job. When she got to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, the price had magically changed to a substantially higher cost without any additional work being done over and above the original work order. They do not stand behind there sales If asked I would not recommend you deal with Royal Oak Nissan in Calgary. They do not stand behind there sales nor do they offer any after sales service. Money hungry - don’t care about customers Money hungey - (DONT BUY A NEW CAR From there ) - customer service is the least of their worry , basically we got approved on a car. Don't get your car serviced here I had a good experience buying my used Rogue from here but got sucked into the extra warranty which also gave me oil changes. Unfortunately their service department is awful. I've had nothing but issues. Everything from booking a courtesy car when I took my vehicle in for service and them saying they don't have courtesy vehicles so i thankfully got a shuttle (shuttle guy is super friendly he was a joy!) to booking an oil change on the phone and making sure it would be a 1 hour service but get... read more
Scam artists Don't go here. I had been in contact with the online sales team to come purchase a vehicle they had on Kijiji which was listed for 17500. I was unable to make it in from Canmore the first day due to snow. The next day I checked there kijiji add (still 17500) and made an appointment for my dad to go in only to have him drive an hour from Canmore to be told it's 21900??!! I've seen more honest Mexican timeshare operators My 76 year old mother was having trouble with brake pulsation on her 5 year old Juke. I said to go to Royal Oak Nissan as I figured they’d not take her for a ride. The dirtbags sold her a brake flush, transmission flush, and new spark plugs for over $600 bucks. Brake pulsation didn’t go away. Their (obviously) commissioned service advisors had a field day at her expense. I checked the manual for the car and NONE of those maintenance items were required. Mis-represented the "extended maintenance plan". Bought my new 2016 Maxima May 1st 2016. Sales department was great. Delivery good. I purchased the "extended maintenance warranty" from Tyler (a business manager still there) who told me that for an extra $50 a month "services were included for the life of my four year lease and that the warranty was extended beyond the 80K factory warranty". Very disappointed! I am not at all happy with my latest visit .. You guys only told me after the service, that I should go in with as little gas as possible for fuel pump recall so that the vehicle don't reek of gasoline .. I dont enjoy driving around feeling high from the gasoline .. in this past week weather when it was still very cold and not practical to roll down the windows. If we could do it again we wouldnt. Our decision to work with this dealership was purely due to them having the only remaining stock on the specific Nissan Titan XD Turbo Diesel that my family was looking at. We did some research, and did see all the negative ratings that Royal Oak has throughout the web. Surely they were worth giving a chance right?
