HORRIBLE!!! The people I dealt with were absolutely horrible people. They lie to you about the pricing of vehicles and make you feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. The worst service I've experienced in my life This is the worst car dealer ship I've ever done business with. Very unorganized. I'd give the sales department two stars only because the gentleman I was dealing with (Tyler) was super helpful. But he was the only one. Don't Buy Here! Don't Service Here! We have moved on down the road to a different Nissan dealership. The problem was not the service. The problem was the age-old Price A (the quote on the service) and Price B (the cost of the service at pickup). Guess what? You won't be surprised! Price B was substantially higher than Price A! Terrible customer service and not organized at all I took my murano there for service, they inspected it and determined that the recall was applicable to my car and they ordered the part for it, then they call me saying that the part arrived and I made an appointment to get it replaced, I live in Fort Mcmurray so I drove 8 hrs to get this done and also took a day off work to get this done, when I take the vehicle there, 2 hrs later I get a call saying that my car was done, after I got there it turns out that the recall was n... read more
Horrible sales and customer service We came in at the dealership on May 6 with the intention to buy a new car and was assisted by Bob who was very accommodating. I mentioned to him about an article I read about a Calgary couple who can't get their deposit back from a Nissan dealership in Calgary when they changed their minds and he (Bob) said it will not happen with them as they will return it. Disappointed Someone knocked the rearview mirror off of our 2012 Juke so we called Nissan on a Thursday to see when we could get it replaced. We were told that they didn't have the part but it would be in on Monday so they booked us in Monday. We took the car in first thing Monday morning and asked them to also fix one of the tires with a slow leak and do an oil change. The price is never right While the sales person was friendly, the "deal" they offered was not. Both offers were well above the price range we set with the sales person. When we rejected the first offer they simply switched biweekly to monthly hoping we wouldn't notice it was higher than the first price! We've bought from here before but will never go back. Poor service.... never go back. Bought my car from this dealership 4 years ago... people were friendly and helpful back then. I recently purchased a high-end, pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. Throughout the experience, I was provided inaccurate information, whereby the dealership accepted no ownership/accountability for the discrepancy.
