Good selection, good service I love the Nissan brand and walked in hoping to buy a pre-owned Sentra. The Sales personnel we worked with Vince was very good at showing us what we wanted and worked with us to get the price of the car close to our budget with the perts we wanted. The finance manager Dan was great with getting back to me on the finance side of things. Excellent service I went into the service centre and Terry the assistant service manager helped me I was having an oil change done and they found other issues that needed immediate attention he quoted me and told me how much time it would take in the end the repairs were completed in less time and cost me less than the original quote very happy with Terry and the team at Royal Oak Nissan
Service appointment I booked an apt for my windshield washer fluid not working. After diagnosing the problem they gave me the price and time it would take to fix at my next apt when parts were in. When I went there few days later for apt I told the guy how long and the price I was quoted. Unfortunately it was false information. Terry and Tyler were extremely helpful and not only got my car done within 15 minutes or less, I was only charged for the parts. Great service Very happy with the purchase of my new Titan. I have had it for a couple of months now. The vehicle is great but so was the exceptional service I received. The salesperson the sales manager and the finance manager were all excellent. I went back to add some accessories to my truck and the service department were also very friendly.
