Today I went there with my wife to try 2023 Nissan Rogue with a promotion deal of 0% rate for 2 year lease. The sale person was very kind and informative. We discussed the terms and we offer a final deal. He told me let me discuss it with my sale manager and we put 500 dollar deposit to show our willingness. The manager showed up and with the rudest tone told me : " this is the best deal and you know what if you don't want to buy it, there is a lady who wants it right now and I will sell her. Walked in as a first time customer with battery issues. They were great at explaining that the tester shoes I needed a replacement, but didn’t tell me the price. Left in tears and completely broker beefier Christmas. Service advisor and everyone was “that’s our price, what do you’ve sent me to do take the battery out?” Excuse me? No smiles, no apology, just stone cold. I told the service advisor as I was leaving, next time tel customers what the cost will be. This is when I get a slight apology. Very unsatisfied with the customer service we received and there were issues with the diagnosis on our vehicle as well. It's been close to 2 months and we are still waiting for the call from the General Manager who we were told would call us in mid-July.

Horrible experience with the Royal Oak Nissan service dept. Multiple miscommunications between the Service Desk Reception (Kim) and the parts dept. resulting in delays, wasted trips, false and inaccurate quotes, and a LOT of frustration. We were even given an untrue story about a long delay in a parts shipment, for a very standard item, only to later realize there is a Napa Auto Parts down the street that had plenty in stock. We will take our Nissans anywhere else going forward and avoid this dealership like the plague!!!!

Service desk receptionist was on the the phone and insisted to customer the service appt. was for a Rogue. Turned out 2 cars in the family. Nasty. When it was my turn she told me to book an appointment. Explained I needed help re-programming my key fob. Referred me to parts dept. No one there and back personnel told me to wait her would help me soon.

Absolutely horrible experience, the sales rep was Dylan Kendal he was rude , talked down to us , we applied a 2 thousand dollar down payment on a 2022 model and wanted a 2023 within 24 hours , he refused said we had to purchase the 2022 model or loose our deposit. Amvic said ethicaly they should have let us and they have had several complaints about this dealership .Unprofessional, rude , humans working at this dealership !

Absolutely horrendous service. I wish i could give a negative amount of stars. Repeatedly had to pester sales guy to get any answers, was lied to about numbers repeatedly. By the time I went in to sign paperwork I almost passed out because the price was so high. Forced to drive into the dealer multiple times even though I live hours away. Picked up the car and it was not detailed and was almost out of gas. Its laughable how much their dealer fees are for the amount of work they do. this is terrible service when my car has been repaired at Royal Oak Nissan. Car has been replaced with new rear break pads and rotors, charges was around $800 more than general price $600, Jennifer puts a list repeat items on break service in order to more charges. I hate to say bad word to them, but do not go there forever

Horrible experience. .. Shisty and sleezy.. on purchase terms. Would not accept a cash deal and passed the buck of their "new business model" to the bank being the reason for it. No willingness to work with the customer or put the customer first. Mulitple other Nissan Dealerships in the city were more accomodating. DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL OAK.. Service will be better elsewhere.
