Service check up I received a call from Toyota reminding me about my schedule service.She was very accomodating and approachable.She told us to wait in the waiting area,to have some coffee or tea.They gave us free car washed and another schedule for my next visit.All staffs are nice and friendly.

Professional and respectful I was immediately impressed by the professional look of the staff and the building and the professional way I was treated. After being at another dealership earlier in the week where all the salesman could comprehend I would care about was vehicle color, it was a relief to be told about vehicle features and listened to about what I was looking for in a vehicle. Rim Issue I was experiencing an issue with the rims that had come on my truck that I bought a few years ago. Brought up my concerns recently with the dealership and they were able to correct this issue in a timely manner and it was very much appriciated. Super experience The staff was great to speak with and deal with. I just bought a new 2015 highlander and Bart and Jason were great. They answered all of our questions and let me know when there were delays in the delivery and were quick to set up an appointment to finish getting the vehicle ready for us. So far this has been nothing but a positive experience.
