Great sales team We worked with a gentleman who was previously a mechanic. He knew what he was talking about and if he didn't he djust by pretend to. He just asked another colleague. He was also very nice. He had the feeling of a grandpa. Not that he was old, just trustworthy like a grandfather. Did not have the usual stink that emanates from sales people. The financing guy was also kind and helpful. Great experience overall.

The usual "CARE AND ATTENTION" I always enjoy taking my truck in to be serviced at I always enjoy my service call to Red Deer Toyota where I am treated with politeness and caring. I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate plus water that is provided> I had extra work that needed to be done and the technician delayed his lunch so that it could be finished earlier. THAT'SERVICE! I went to an independent service station which is local for my six month service call. At 83 I find the drive rather long in the winter.
