Always willing to please the customer We picked up our fourth Tundra truck from Red Deer Toyota because they always treat owners like clients, not customers. Ryley and Andrew took us through all our options and bent over backwards to come to a fair deal for both parties.
Toyota My first Toyota, which was my previous vehicle, went 350,000 kms with nothing but regular maintenance. Good fuel economy, comfortable and enough power to get the job done. The vehicle sold itself. Staff got the van I wanted and I was off to the races.
Excellent costumer service, very friendly and helpful It was a very busy morning having to drop off my vehicle for winter tires and transfer over my car seat into another vehicle. The staff made sure I had help and even offered a quiet room for my sleeping baby while I waited for my ride to arrive.
Somebody that cares! From the first moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt like being at home. Even though I was coming back for a new lease on a third Rav 4, they treated me with respect and took the time to talk, show, and explain any new features on the vehicle, and went through the lease agreement in detail.
excellent service. Bought current Toyota in for reg servicing...paid 305.00....went to show rm meet coolest sales guy Stephen ever!!! New Lease I came in to see about leasing my fifth Tundra. The whole process was very quick, from speaking with the product advisor to the financial services manager. Completing the paperwork was also very easy.
