Rude Salesperson! I went in to the dealership as I loved the look of a truck on the lot. I wanted to take a closer look and take it for a test drive. After which I would decide if I wanted to trade in my current vehicle. I told the sales person Stephen multiple times that I just wanted to see the vehicle. Awful customer service I am throughly disappointed with toyota customer service. When I was looking at.purchasing a vehicle they were very accommodating. As soon as I bought the far they have started treating me like I'm worthless. Never told me there was a shuttle service so I had to wait 40 minutes for a ride from the dealership. Told me my car would be ready on a Wednesday and I had to fight tooth and nail to have it on Thursday and not everything was complete (3mm application and undercoat). Thoroughly degrading experience. The attitude from the first moment was that of predator, and me the prey. I managed to wrangle a fairly good deal on a used Corolla by aggressively holding firm on my price. The horrors came at the time of signing the sales contract, where they tried to get me to sign up for some absurdly overpriced add-ons, such as upholstery-guard, undercoating and nitrogen in the tires (for $300). Thanks I hope these guys are watching the Wells Fargo debacle, where aggressive sales targets caused millions of frauds to be committed against customers. Employees were even fired for NOT breaking the law. I'm glad to see this Trump-like business ethic being brought down by public awareness. Glad to do my small part.
No respect for owners vehicle while servicing Vehicle brought in for service. When picked up there was grease and dirt on floor mats, door sill, steering column and door handle. Service manager did respond to email and offer to pick up and clean vehicle 4 days later (after long weekend) but I had already cleaned it. Should never have happened in first place. This place is a mess I bought a used vehicle that was originally from the U.S. I wanted to buy a Toyota platinum extended warranty for it but couldn't buy a Toyota Canada one. So I bought it from Toyota U.S. Well, it's supposed to be honored in Canada but apparently not with this service department. absolutely NO customer service. I have been a toyota owner for over 25 years, between my former husband and I we had 4 toyotas in that time that we loved. Red Deer Toyota has put an end to that last fall. I had my vehicle scheduled in for service and brought it in for the 7:30 doors opening time to ensure I'd get on the shuttle (7 person van) to get back to town to ensure I'd make it to a course I was booked in to attend. Worst Dealer Ever Nothing good to say, please save yourself the time as this dealership will do nothing but give you the run around and waste your time. Country Hills Toyota in Calgary isn't far. Worth the drive! I feel bad for the sales guys because it is clearly the management team that is horrible. Talk to the so called General Manager, Doug, Wow! He walks around with his hands in his pockets looking like a lost child looking for his mom.
Absolute Joke This place is an absolute joke. Came down from Hinton, a 4 hour drive, earlier last week to view their new Tundra's; and while my sales associate did his best, their Management team enlist a character that I wouldn't trust ever.
