Over and above receptionist I had a booking to get new winter tires put on my vehicle. The receptionist made a point of letting me know that I needed specific lug nuts for the new tires (which I already had, but had not let the service department know about.) Thanks, Charlotte, for being diligent and reminding me and then following up with a personal phone call.

Happy costomer Great service, but why did we have to make phone calls to enquire about warranty work. Is this not on your computer? Not a complaint, I understand the guys are busy, but the inside of the vehicle was left in a mess.
great experience Went into Red Deer Toyota to look at buying a new car. Was very pleasantly surprised with the deal that they offered. Was able to get winter tires and a command start. Amazing vehicle buying experience My vehicle buying experience at Red Deer Toyota was great. Genaro Tabbu, product advisor, was very knowledgeable. During the sales process he was able to readily answer all questions and he was very thorough during the walk thru of our new RAV4. Corey Stuart, financial services Manager, was very efficient during the financial process.
Very friendly, very nice overall great I have given the rating , because I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. So not much to say except nice people working for Toyota.

Over the top service My locking lug nuts were broken and needed to be removed. RD Toyota not only got them off, they balanced and installed my winter tires for a very reasonable price. Professional and diligent service. Thanks.
