Very disappointed Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this dealership and Toyota products. We lost most of the engine oil in a matter of hours because of a failing oil pressure sensor with no low oil warning light in a well kept 2013 Corolla which only had 72,000 km but luckily didn't ruin the engine. To add insult to injury, we had purchased a $1600 extended warranty (ECP) from Toyota which was still valid, and when this happened, it was like pulling teeth when trying to get coverage even though this kind of failur... read more

Excuses all the time Bought a Tacoma 2017 brand new,with extended warranty. It arrived without the upgrades I asked for. They blamed "new computer programs".I booked an appointment to install the upgrades, and when I showed up, they told me the parts were not there, blamed "new computer program." It was only done two weeks after I got the truck... My first free oil change took 1.5 hours (15 min at Oil changers.) Keys were on the counter but they failed to see them apparently... Not professional My wife and I put a deposite on a used vehicle. Unfortunately for us they sold the vehicle to someone else when the agent we were dealing with was away. Interesting to see all the positive comments and quick answers by the dealer regarding customer service. However in this case we received nothing. Only 'I'm sorry'. From what I understand this happens very rarely so I'm not sure why there was nothing on their part to make it right. systematically poor service Disorganized at the service desk and difficult to contact them on the phone. Bought a 3-year service plan with our Sienna van and have had trouble getting service consistently. Going to try a different dealership.

Incredibly poor customer service! First time visit - so impressed by the clean shiny showroom - well- don’t be. Booked for a detailing and recall on a couple of parts- asked at time of booking to ensure they had a shuttle service as I needed a ride to and from work and gave my work location ( otherwise would have kept looking for a place that did offer shuttle) - the first girl was pleasant - assured me that it was no problem. Hey everyone stay way from this place if you want service Bought a 4Runner from this place but now that I need to get it fixed I can’t with out taking the day off work. Who has a service department the closes at 5pm. I even tried to order parts of the phone and they would not take payment over the phone. What a joke

Lease Return Remorse This dealership displayed a lack of competency in handling my son's lease return; My son was not interested in re-leasing or purchasing another vehicle so I asked the dealership to sell me (his father) the car and in doing so, they mistakenly put the ownership back in his name despite the fact that I gave them a copy of my licence, my insurance and the bill of sale was in my name.. so.... This dealership stepped up in a big way; I received a call from Gisele, she articulated the issue and committed to have it fixed that day; Within a couple of hours, the new plates and ownership were in my hands. They even went as far as paying the new plates (big win) and offered to courier them to my home. Unprofessional These guys convinced me to use every last penny to my name as a deposit on a car. Then declined my application. When I went to pick up my deposit they gave me attitude and rudeness. Left me without gas money and in the cold stuck with my grandchild outside their dealership in -21 temperature. Said it wasn’t their problem. Horrible business ethics, no heart, selfish and ignorant
