Yesterday, new development from the Toyota owner/manager @Robert Parent following my husband’s recent post https://g.co/kgs/12N7sZ. I had a terrible experience dealing with Orleans Toyota located on 2035 Mer-Bleue Rd, Orléans, ON K4A 3T9. My Rav4 was towed and received by them on May 24th and I only got my car back on July 20th. Their initial diagnosis was wrong and they had me replace the multiplex computer which was a $750 part plus labour which their service team admitted upon pickup of the vehicle that it was, "probably not the problem but may have been" of course they did replace the part after 6 weeks only to find it did not solve the initial probl... read more
Ordered a 2022 Tacoma , and they canceled my order on me after waiting 4months even though the vehicle had an allocation.
Usually great service. dissapointed this time. brought in car for scheduled service in December, service warning came on couple weeks later. made appointment to look at. tech didn't reset the schedule. asked for another issue to be looked at. said I would have to pay for someone to look at even though still under warranty.
Be weary if you are female don't go to this dealership as they are sexiest. The service department is chauvinistic and disrespectful to women. I have been going here for years with my 5runner and have received sub part services from the service department which my ex husband has never received....Always blaming the customer for thier incompetence. Beware of service reps recommending various services. Brought in my 2012 Venza for regular servicing, which should have been simply an oil change, according to Toyota's schedule of service for a Venza. They "recommended" several items to be replaced, including changing the transmission oil. Problem is, they replaced the transmission oil at the previous service in May 2021. I brought my highlander in for a Service #3 and was skeptical about how short it took to complete. Since I have a Dashcam that records in parking mode I decided to see how long it took for the service. I was shocked to find out that the time in the bay was only 10 minutes and only 6 minutes up on the hoist. When I confronted the dealer, they stated that the mechanic read the Work-Order incorrectly and only performed an oil change. Today I wrote a review about my scheduled appointment and at the end of my posting it asked for the person I worked with the name Jack Henry was inserted by error. I have no idea who Jack Henry is but I did not have any dealings with this gentleman. I deeply apologize to Mr. Henry for this error on my part.
