Recall of my van sliding doors broke my auto starter!!! Yet another perpetually terrible service visit from this dealership. They could care less about the client and it's evident by the smugness of nearly all the staff. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Listen to the Google, Yellow Page and Dealer Rate ratings and save yourself the heaadache. Why build a brand new dealership if all you're going to strive to be is worse than mediocre? Worst dealship in Orleans Terrible dealership, I walked around the outside for at least 5minutes and no salesman. I went inside and walked around.. still no salesman. I went up to the front desk and they said they would get a salesman. When they finally did he apologized for not coming up to me since they have plenty of repeat customer and not many new ones. request for quote and service appointment I have used their on line system and got no response and called them for appointment an answering machine comes two times left a voice make , no call back. Wondering what kind of poor quality service I am getting, terrible
I am a victim of car dealership extortion Quality of work was great but I never agreed to some of the work they have done.
Hidden Charges - Poor customer support Bought the Venza here - deal included 4 free oil changes. Called and asked if I had a free oil change left and they said yes. Brought in the car and they changed the oil and presented me a bill for 70 bucks. When I protested - they said "read the fine print" - free oil changes only good for 2 years. I said the I asked and was told I had one free one left and he refused to refund the money. Go elsewhere. waste my time and my money First, they always charge a few hundred dollars for an oil change. Now in their new location, which is not convenient to get to work anymore, they are mismanaged. On 2 occasions we have taken our Sienna in and both times nothing was done-they didn't have time (we had an appointment and left the car there all day). Toyota Corolla Test Drive Test drove a new Corolla. Salesman didn't tell me ANYTHING about this car. Got an appraisal done for my trade-in and right before I left, one of the managers yelled out at me that the appraisal was only good for that night. Will never recommend this dealer to anyone.
