I am warning all of you unless you’re missing out this review so if your car is under warranty with this dealer then stay away cause it’s big rip off don’t step in cause if your is just parked but your odometer starts at 160 dollars and talk over talk to hold there as much as possible…. BE AWARE of the Service Centre recommending work on your vehicle that is not required. I was advised my RAV4 Hybrid needed new brake pads and rotors for a cost of just over $1,800.00. I waited and took my vehicle to a brake specialist and was advised the pads had worn only 1/4 of the way (new pads were 12mm thick and mine had 9mm left) and the rotors were a bit surface rusty (not on the rotors wear surface but elsewhere) but completely functional. Bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue SV. Found out the AC Compressor was fryed. The salesman did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and he did not follow up on my purchase. Will not buy their again ever.
If I could give 0 stars I would. 2021 Rav 4. Ten visits to dealership for same issue without resolution. Don’t take your car here for servicing
Service at Orleans Toyota has devalued over time. I left very dissatisfied, issues far from resolved and even service manager was condescending as was advisor. Been a loyal client for over 15 years and 3 cars later. Considering not taking the Rav I ordered,
It is a nice dealership for buying a car with nice staff on sales side, but the service department is scam. They charge over 150 for labor for simple service (inspection) and they do not even go through their check list. I checked my air filter right after the service and it was in a really bad condition. Called them and the advisor told me that I need to replace it my self! So I will not trust them again for any services.
As others have said, this dealership is a scam. I took my vehicles here for service and waited at the dealership. I was at the dealership for 2 hours but my invoice stated a mechanic worked on my car for 5.8 hours. Unfortunately I didn't realize this discrepancy until I got home. If I had dropped my car off I never would have known they were overcharging me. If you want a mechanic you can trust, go to a different Toyota dealership.
Do not trust this dealership! They damage 50,000$ vehicles during service appointments and then tell you some "Minor damage" is always expected... My 2020 Tacoma was in for a service and tire change over but during the process all 4 of my rims and center caps were butchered. I was not advised of this damage but noticed it before leaving the service center. You spent $600 there and don’t get at least you car washed in return!!! Not good at all!! Even the guy there asked me if I knew someone to do this job as the dealer was short staffed, really?
