Awesome experience! I went in for an oil change and while waiting I decided to walk around the showroom full of new vehicles. I'm immediately greeted by one of the saleman, Chris Cousineau and end up talking about the Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid. This guy knew what he was talking about and didn't waste time making an appointment for me and my husband to come back and work on a deal. I'm now driving the vehicle and am very happy with the service Chris provided. Good job! Keep up the good work Chris!!
great salemanship by chris cousineau went in to have something done on my truck. started talking to chris and one and half hour later i had bought my new truck with what i wanted in it at a very good price. chris was attentive to my wishes and he did his best to accomodate me. thank you

2013 Matrix We've had our Matrix serviced at Orleans Toyota since the original purchase, I've never had an issue with any servicing or fees charged. Great service, friendly staff, nothing but praise! We have the extended warranty with free oil changes, all is great!
I drop off our car for regular maintenance and am very happy with the friendly service. The agents welcome me by name and make me feel very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend for service.
Absolutely BRUTAL service. Waited SIX hours for my vehicle which I was promised would be ready in 3.5 hours. When I complained after FIVE hours I was told I should have been offered a UBER chit. I never was. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! INCOMPETENT and INCAPABLE!!
