Extremely horrible service. Sales dept does not care about customers. They know that Toyota customers are so loyal they don't have to try or offer fair prices. Disorganized sales team changed price of car 3 times due to their errors. Eventually I got so tired of their incompetence, I canceled deal. Buy your Toyota at another dealer

Awful service at service checks. Lack of details given to me on my brakes life expectancy. Never mentioned to us when picking up the vehicle that the motor bay had food left by rodents. We had to go to a different dealership to get the service we deserve. I will never bring my vehicle in Orleans for services again. Poor mechanics, poor advisor and poor manager. Service was very crappy.

Charged for fraudulent services that were not performed, toped up wiper fluid, I toped it up be for going in for service. Spoke to manager R. Lacroix and was informed this charge is part of the pricing. I also informed him that I had an oil change on my Sienna and was charged for 7 liters of oil, engine and filter only hold 6.1 liters which means I paid full price for a liter of one tenth of a liter again very dishonest . My daughter was charged nine dollars for the technicians PPE, that's not something a costumer should hav... read more

Took my 2016 tundra in for oil and clattering noise. They advised new rear shocks. $800. I approved. Then they add new problem...broken leaf spring $1300. Shocks and leaf springs were legitimate problems. An honest and competent service centre would gave found all repairs required upfront. The bait and switch approach to adding $$ is unethical, dishonest and has scam written all over it. If this was presented as the full cost upfront, I certainly would have shopped around for more economical approach. I've since shopped arou... read more

I recently purchased a TCUV-certified used vehicle for over $33,000. They claim to perform a 160-point inspection before delivery. However, the AC malfunctioned within two weeks of purchase, and as expected, they don’t cover it under the TCUV warranty. Be aware of this scam

General Manager was so condescending, ignorant, disrespectful. He had no idea what he was doing

Absolutely terrible customer service, higher admin fees than other Toyota dealerships and they appraised my vehicle $7500 less than another dealership. I tried three times to get my lease buy out confirmed and got three different quotes with admin fees as high as $1500. I was told by the general manager the admin fee was to pay him for speaking to me. After 5 vehicles, I am done with Toyota thanks to this dealership!

The worst experiences buying a used vehicle at Orleans Toyota. The sales rep Devin and his buddy manager Mackenzie used all the standard sales techniques to squeeze every penny from a previously loyal customer. After that, the vehicle on the day of sale had new damage that they acknowledged they hadn't seen before. After refusing to provide any compensation for the damage or cancel the sale, they just forced me to take the keys. - "The car buying experience is never a pleasant one", a quote from Devin to which he delivered -... read more

terrible customer service, this dealership demonstrates a complete lack of care for their customers, an overall absence of organization and communication, and shown themselves to be entirely incapable of returning phone calls or emails. it is very disappointing that Toyota, a very reliable vehicle brand, is represented so poorly by the rude, unhelpful, and uncaring staff of Orleans Toyota. they simply need to be better.
